Our Delivery and Refund Policies
Thank you for choosing Mirea (a brand owned by Vcreate). We want to ensure your exquisite pieces reach you safely and that your shopping experience is seamless.
1. Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Once shipped, delivery timelines are generally as follows:
- Domestic Shipping (within India): 3 to 7 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available at checkout for select PIN codes.
A tracking link will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your package is dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be added at checkout.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we craft delicate jewelry, we maintain the following return guidelines:
- Eligible Window: You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: The jewelry must be unused, unaltered, and in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized pieces and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return.
To request a return, please email us at care@mirea.com with your order number and photo proof of the item.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch (whichever is earlier). Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. In case of successful cancellation, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
